And of we go to the Boeing 767-300... (gotta get another one to chop off and do the -200)
The Boing 767 was designed at the same time that the 757, both had the same rating. The big difference is that one was wide body and the other one was narrow body. Except for that, they were the same. It was also the first airplane built with the aid of computer assisted design. Also a big sucess and reliable. After the 747, it was the first widebody twinjet of the company.
About the kit, stunning!
Zvezda appeard on the market and won its place. It is on high standarts, pretty much like the 787. Although it didnt had separated blades on the engines, they do look good!
There isn't much to complain about it... don't know how the decals are... I couldn't figure out if the aeroflot version was metalic or metalized, and as I didn't wanted to use the house colours, went to transaero. I do admit, the door details are the original ones, and they do not convince me... I think that their decals may still need some improvement... but that can be easyally fixed.
But besides that, everything falls in its place. No complains nor harassments.
Nice recessed details, landing gear very well detailed with the gear brake cylinders perceptible... A masterpiece.
So, it is a nice one to have on the collection. Beautyfull, elegant, looks perfect near its younger brother, the 787. So, why have only one, when you can get both?... I'll be getting another one, to chop off and do the 200 shorter version... Final remarks, simple, easy to build, perfect details.
