There still is a lot of debate on wether the YF-23 was better or not than the YF-22... It was almost as agile as the YF22, was stealthier, faster, but it was simpler and had no thrust vetoring... Its looks is strange, and still seems something that came out of a science fiction movie, but we'll never know how good it could have been...
There aren't many YF-23 models out there in 1/72...The Dragon version is not considered the best, but its not that bad. Cockpit is nice, actually.
Weapons bay is closed, but I've scratch built on based on original drawings of it. It is still the predicted one for the prototype version.
Heat dissipating tiles are easy to represent too.
So, even if it is a rare and simple model, is a good ground to make a great airplane.
