The Stug 3 was one of the most produced German armour vehicle. Although it started as a mobile, armoured light gun to direct support of infantry, it was then modified and widely employed as a tank destroyer.
This is a typical old mould Airfix model kit. Not a top notch, but can build up in a nice model. Although the rubber tracks can be nice to use, they can lack a little bit of detail...
The gun is well moulded, good muzzle.
It actually has some nice features, although the flash can be a bit annoying... I do wonder how the older releases are... Because if they are clearer than this, as the moulds were younger, i do believe it would have been astonishing!
But nevertheless, it can still become a nice little tank... Just be prepared to drill some holes to make those wheels a bit better. I do not regret of having bought it.
